At times I want to give up on counting calories, and eat what ever I desire, but I am learning to bring myself under control all because of sparkpeople, each time I feel like eating the cookies, icecream and chocolates, I remember all the helpful hints and articles by sparkpeople, I am on my way to a lifestyle change, however it takes discipline and denial to fhe many tempting foods. Thanks Sparkpeople.
