Well, the summer is waning in my region. I have canned and preserved almost everything that I intended to do. It was a great growing summer here, hot with just the right amount of rain. Now the trees are changing and it is time for me to get back "on board" with Spark People and continue my changes. I did not gain any weight this summer, it appears from my doctor's scale, but it is time to get the rest of the weight off, especially before the holidays.

I get so much inspiration from everyone here. I really appreciate any time that anyone takes to help me (and other people) out. Thank you Spark People, one and all.
