Today is my eighth smoke-free day. A few times today I felt stressed, and had to reach for my straw. I would much rather suck clean fresh air out of a sipping straw, than to be taking a long toxic draw from a cigarette. Actually, the deep breathing did help to alleviate the stress I was feeling. 8 hours of sleep each day has felt awesome. I feel better about my health and fitness. I feel more confident now that living a happy healthy life is not just for the other folks.
I can do it!
