Shift switching

So switching from a dayshift schedule to a graveyard schedule is not cool. Sleep schedule gets all screwed up, which kills motivation and energy. Not to mention, the graveyard shift usually leads to lowered activity levels, more munching and weight gain-- fitness killers! But, I'm doing well so far, trying to keep up the motivation and trying to keep moving. Wish me luck!
