Sorta did it again...?

So, I've got to get back to the way I was eating last week and the week before. Although I hit all of my ranges today (almost...just 28 calories away from the minimum today), I still was STARVING by the time dinner came around and ended up gorging myself on, practically, two meals. A little individual pizza (organic tomatoes and cheese, yes, tasty, not really...but I ate it anyway :\ ) and then a quesadilla with mozzarella, a small tomato, bit of onion, and my homemade greek yogurt southwestern dip (much tastier). I still could have chosen better, but at least I didn't jump way past my ranges or anything. I'm sure I went over on sodium though... Hmm...

Lesson learned: EAT ALL DAY LONG. Small meals all day. Eat when you're hungry. Don't wait. Otherwise you gorge yourself and get cranky!!

    You know, I was thinking it might have been the moon. ;) I noticed it last night!

I think tomorrow will be better, because I'm going to get up and make a great breakfast...my perfect fried egg, steel-cut oats, and all! Drink at least a nalgene (4 cups) of water by the end of breakfast. And then I'm leaving campus for the night! That will get me away from all the temptations in the dining hall...and I'll have a full, awesome kitchen (at my parents' house) to cook in for the night! :D

But, if the urge comes, I will make myself a cup of tea and shoot you a message! Thanks for the encouragement! :)

    I think it comes in chunks... maybe as few as twice, but rarely an isolated episode. I am with you on annoyance with myself but.. maybe it was the full moon? If so, the influence is waning and tomorrow and the following days will be better!
Good luck and tomorrow, if you so feel like eating a tad more than maybe you want, send me an email or message... it might just distract you for long enough! If you are still wanting something... herbal tea.
