So, I've got to get back to the way I was eating last week and the week before. Although I hit all of my ranges today (almost...just 28 calories away from the minimum today), I still was STARVING by the time dinner came around and ended up gorging myself on, practically, two meals. A little individual pizza (organic tomatoes and cheese, yes, tasty, not really...but I ate it anyway :\ ) and then a quesadilla with mozzarella, a small tomato, bit of onion, and my homemade greek yogurt southwestern dip (much tastier). I still could have chosen better, but at least I didn't jump way past my ranges or anything. I'm sure I went over on sodium though... Hmm...
Lesson learned: EAT ALL DAY LONG. Small meals all day. Eat when you're hungry. Don't wait. Otherwise you gorge yourself and get cranky!!
