Last week, I joined my school's karate club. It is the most physically intense thing I have ever done in my life, but I love it. I love being drenched in sweat and quivering from exhaustion. I don't even mind being sore in the morning. Those are positive things though, signs that for once in my life I am actually pushing myself. Don't worry, I'm not going to do anything stupid like try to exercise when I'm injured, but pushing myself beyond my comfort zone and becoming stronger and more confident as a result is really inspiring to me.

Also, the instructors are cute!

    I am with you, I love to be drenched in sweat and near exhaustion when I work out! That is really the only way I feel like my body was really pushed and that I did get in a good workout!

That is great that you found something you really enjoy doing and yep I am sure cute instructors help! emoticon
