Got a baby bump

LOL, no- Not a real baby-bump. I have been so good for so long and I had a really bad week. Hormones plus stress plus crazy work and I get the munchies. I blew everything out of the water. I have continued to test glucose but otherwise I have been a huge slug. I need to go to the gym but I find myself already dreading it. Maybe working out with bands tonight would be a good slow start back in. Life sometimes throws you a curve ball and this one hit me between the eyes.

    At least you caught yourself before it got way out of hand - you should be proud of yourself for that. We all go through slumps and I am so proud of you for recognizing yours so quickly and jumping on it and seeking out help to snap out of it - you go I am so impressed with you.

    I gained weight after both deliverys of my kids. After my second I got a little pouch...yuch. I think after I loose the weight I may have the pouch removed.

    everybody has those days and the only way to get over it.... really is to go ahead and do some kind of exercise. the bands are good, there are sp exercise videos you can do them with. they are great to do to get you back into exercising..... 10 minutes and under. i love the stability ball videos, everytime i do them i get sweet westie kisses... they think i'm playing with them.

    If it is nice go take a walk and work with the bands. I find cardio helps my stress and blood sugars the best. Remember baby steps one step at a time.

    Everyone goes through this time to time. Starting with the bands is a good idea. emoticon However maybe you have a friend or neighbor that would like to go for emoticon a walk as well or just go yourself for some time alone. This way you get both cardio and strengthen in tonight. And just getting your sneakers emoticon and getting out of the house is a better start to getting back to the gym.
