My September goals were definitely not met. I don't want to beat myself up too much because of it, but it is totally my fault. Eating too much and too little exercise...well that's not going to produce the results I want to see. Is it? Nope...
But ya know...I'm not going to be perfect. I can't say I totally regret it because I certainly enjoyed all the yummy food I've eaten over the past 30 days. I've enjoyed being lazy. There I said...sometimes, it's just fun to do nothing. HaHa. But no more.
October is a new month with new goals. I love fall. It's the perfect weather for walking outside and really creating a routine. I read an article just the other day about how fall is usually the most successful time of year for weight loss. I can totally see how this is true, especially for mothers. Kids go back to school and everyone gets into a routine. It's not like summer where your schedule is all over the place. Cookouts, parties....which means lots and lots of food. Everyone always does better when they have a good routine.
October is also my birthday. And even better reason to kick my own butt into gear after a crappy month. I'll be 28. Crazy?!?! I don't feel 28...even though I acted 28 in September. HaHa. I want to feel 20...I want to look 20. I'm gonna rock out in October. I'm going to be cooking and baking a lot over the next few weeks. That's unavoidable. It's not all going to be healthy, no question. But I HAVE to limit HOW MUCH of the unhealthy foods I stick in my mouth. I also HAVE to move! I need to get off my kiester and move as much as possible. I need to get my heart healthy minutes in and get back on track with my M2.
So here is the plan....
1.) Eat as many fruits & veggies as possible.
2.) Continue on with the Curves Weight Management Plan.
3.) Continue to post my food on my blog.
4.) Drink lots of water.
5.) Take my supplements every day.
6.) Eat 6 times a day.
1.) Workout at Curves every day that I work.
2.) Walk everyday that I don't work 12 hours for at least 30 minutes. Get outside!
3.) Get my M2 green every single day.
4.) Try to get at least 60 minutes of heart minutes 6 days a week.
5.) Do the weighted hula hoop for at least 10 minutes each day.
6.) Play Wii for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week.
I'll stay accountable by weighing in every Monday just like always. I want to lose at least 20 more pounds by Christmas! I can do this.
