MY SPARK ANNIVERSARY

HELLO FRIENDS! I HAVEN'T BLOGGED IN A WHILE CAUSE I AM DOING THE DAILY PLANNER INSTEAD.
WELL IT IS MY SPARK ANNIVERSARY I FEEL HAPPY AND ALSO SAD!
HAPPY BECAUSE I HAVE MET SO MANY GOOD PEOPLE HERE THAT I LOVE VERY MUCH AND CAN TELL ANYTHING TO THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY. WHO ARE ALWAYS THERE FOR ME NO MATTER WHAT.WHO I MISS DEARLY IF I HAVEN'T SEEN THEM POST I GET WORRIED.
NOW THAT IS TRUE FRIENDS!
WHAT I HAVE LEARNED AND KEPT WITH ME ARE EXERCISE NEVER DID I DO THEM AND NOW I AM THE QUEEN OF EXERCISE I DO IT RIGHT AFTER I EAT BREAKFAST. AND HAVE LEARNED NO TAKE A BREAK AND I DO THAT ON THE WEEKENDS.
I SLEEP 8 HOURS SO I GO TO BED A LITTLE EARLY TO GET UP EARLIER TO GET THE EXERCISE IN THAT WAY IT IS DONE NO EXCUSES.
THEN ALSO I HAVE LEARNED TO DRINK 8-8OXZ GLASSES OF WATER A DAY AND FROM BEING A SODA DRINKER THIS IS A BIG DEAL FOR ME AND I TRULY DON'T MISS SODA AT ALL SO IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN.LOL
THE THERE ARE THE FRUITS AND VEGGIE I ALWAYS GET MY 5 SERVINGS A DAY IN AS SPARK SAY AT LEAST 3 OF THEM BEING FRUIT! I AM A VERY PICKY PERSON SO I LIKE THE FRUIT BETTER AND USUALLY GET 4 OF THOSE IN.
THEN THE CALORIE RANGE I CAN COUNT ON MY ONE HAND HOW MANY TIMES I WENT OVER SO THAT IS A GOOD THING RIGHT?
I ALWAYS POST EVERYDAY AND EITHER BLOG OR USE THE DAILY PLANNER THAT IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE I PUT INTO WRITING ALL MY FEELINGS AND THAT MAKE ME BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I USE TO BLOG MORE BUT FELT LIKE I WAS REPEATING MYSELF DAILY.LOL AND NOW LEAN TOWARDS THE PLANNER.
THEN SINCE I STARTED SPARK I LOST 30 POUND WOW WHAT A BIG THAT IS NOW THE SAD PART I GAINED ALL BUT 4 POUNDS BACK:(
I DON'T HAVE MY MIND SET THE WAY IT WAS WHEN I STARTED SPARK AND NEED DESPERATELY TO GET BACK TO WHERE I WAS AND JUST AM HAVING A TERRIBLE TIME TRYING TO DO SO.I KNOW ONCE THIS MIND IS SET THERE WILL BE NO STOPPING ME LOOK OUT!
MANY OF YOU HAVE HERD ME TELL THIS STORY OVER AND OVER WELL I HOPE NOT FOR LONG WELL ALL BUT THE 4 POUND I WILL BE SHOUTING 30 POUNDS GONE I TRULY HOPE BEFORE NEXT YEAR.
WHEN I LOOK AT THE BIG PICTURE I SAY MY GOODNESS ALL THIS TIME I SHOULD BE AT MY GOAL SO HERE I GO AGAIN INTO ANOTHER YEAR AND LORD PLEASE LET THIS BE MY YEAR!
WE ALL KNOW THERE IS NO EXCUSE I COULD SAY OH I WORK TO HARD AND DON'T HAVE TIME.
OR MY BACK OR MY LEGS I JUST CAN'T.OR I AM TO TIRED. OR HERE IS A GOOD ONE I HAVE BEEN UNDER SO MUCH STRESS I JUST CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS TO RIGHT NOW.WELL GUESS WHAT THEY ARE ALL MY EXCUSES AND IF I WERE HEALTHY THEN THESE THINGS WOULDN'T BOTHER ME AS MUCH AND I WOULD BE ON THAT WAGON .
DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR? WELL LET'S ALL DO THIS TOGETHER THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS SO LET'S ALL GET WITH IT.
IT IS SO MUCH EASIER IF EVERYONE IS ON THE WAGON AND ALL WORKING TOGETHER AND TALKING DAILY ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND WHAT IS WORKING FOR YOU THAT MAYBE WE ALL CAN TRY.
SO LET'S GET TO THAT GOAL LET'S MAKE THIS OUR YEAR TO SUCCEED. I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS SITE AND IT IS FREE OR I WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO DO IT.

    You are doing a great job. Losing 30 lbs in one year would be a dream come true to me! This means that you learned healthy habits and lost fat, not water or muscle. I have a hard time losing weight and I get depressed that I have no control over how my body gains or loses weight. But i do have control over what I eat and how much I exercise. My dog is about seven years old, and he is devastated if he misses a walk once a week. He has helped me get out that door many of days, but it feels good once I get out there. Congrats to your year long dedication. Slow and steady wins the race!

    Char just remember that muscle weighs more than fat and with all the exercise you do daily, I know from seeing your calves first hand, it is muscle. So don't fret over numbers on a scale. You are in good health and still exercising, eating well and those are the main things, not what the scale always says.

I still don't know how you exercise in that room everyday! lol Oh I remember now, your smaller!

WHAT A WONDERFUL BLOG THAT COULD HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY ANY ONE OF US. YOUR HAVE SAID IT SO VERY NICELY AND THIS WILL BE YOUR YEAR!!!
JUDGE YOUR SUCCESS NOT BY THE NUMBERS ON YOUR SCALES, BUT BY THE DEGREE TO WHICH YOU ARE ENJOYING HEALTH, PEACE, LOVE AND LIFE!! FRIENDSHIP, LOVE, HEALTH, ENERGY, ENTHUSIASM AND JOY ARE THE THINGS THAT MAKE LIFE WORTH LIVING AND EXPLORING. I HAVE HAD TO SHAKE UP MY EXERCISES AND AM NOW STRIVING TO SHAKE UP MY CALORIES TO GET MY SCALES MOVING DOWNWARD AGAIN. IT IS STARTING TO WORK FOR ME. I JUST WISH THE DOCTORS WOULD QUIT COMING UP WITH THINGS THAT ARE WRONG WITH ME SO THAT I COULD CONTINUE EATING HEALTHY WITH NO RESTRICTIONS.
REMEMBER: TAKE PERFECTION AND THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING YOU CAN MAKE BETTER OR DO DIFFERENTLY... STRIVE TO IMPROVE, NOT ATTAIN THE IMPOSSIBLE. DO THE BEST YOU CAN WITH EACH DAY THAT YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN AND ENJOY IT!!! DON'T LET STRESS GET YOUR BEST. YES, YOU CAN DO IT!!!
