Here it is Wednesday.
I never got on the computer, or at the very least, just for perhaps under an hour!
I slept lousy, and found myself awake when my husband was coming home Tuesday morning. Except, he had to drive to the airport (overtime), and would not be home to take our son to school.
How did I find this out? I sent him a text about 5 a.m. saying I hadn't slept, and that we were about out of milk. He called me right back. He said he had to stay over and drive, so I needed to get our son up so he could catch the bus. It was about 5:15 a.m. and I decided since I hadn't slept yet, I would wait to wake him. Wouldn't you know, THAT was when I finally got sleepy. I did stay up, and wake him to go to school. Then, everything else was a major blank. I finally fell asleep. I did not hear my husband come home, except to wake me (loudly) to say he did not have his check. This was the one that he got yesterday and was on the table. I was very out of it about this time (8:30 I think). I got up, scrambled through my papers, looked high and low, or as high and low as I could in total dead sleep. Then I went in the bathroom, I saw some papers in the trash. I had accidentally thrown it out with some envelope! Yikes.
Anyway, I fell immediately back to sleep and woke at 1 p.m., did my pt routine stretches, and ate a quick lunch. (I ate breakfast - toast and milk, about 6 a.m. before I finally fell asleep).
I told my hubby I was going to go to the bank. He felt guilty because I was going to drive myself (he had a dr's appointment), and he knows how much my back goes into spasms right now with driving. I told him, "I need to know if it is still going to go into spasm before I call the doctor this week." He reluctantly let me go. It was about 24 miles round trip (my bank is not in town). Ok, not bad going, but by the time I was driving home, I could feel the neck/shoulders/elbows beginning to get the worst of me. At least I know that resting it has kept the spasms at a minimum, and driving is still a major aggravation. How can I get back to work if I can't drive there?
Any way, Tuesday night was the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University at church, session 2, and we were all going (me, hubby, and son). Although my back is not happy, my neck did not drive me nuts. We got home, hubby is off to work, son is sleeping, so is my cat (who is feeling much better, thank you), and I am about to crawl into bed, at least an hour before the last few days. Oh please, please, let me sleep tonight - oops. I already missed tonight. It is Wednesday. Tuesday vanished. Let me sleep NOW.
Things I did - bank, hug my cat, small grocery, sleep, went to class, sat in my chair with kitty on my lap and relaxed most of the evening. Missed my full count of veggies for the first time in 226 days : (
I was going to list the things I did not do, but guess what? I can get to that later, and it's no big deal. There is always later to do those things. I am yawning. Good sign. zzzzzzzzzz
