Wow did I slip. Seriously, I haven't gotten myself on the scale yet, but I'm betting I weigh at least 220 at this point because even my biggest jeans are tight...

So, I'm back and I am going to win this battle. My plan of attack?

~ I am going to take it slow.
~ I am going to do what feels good.
~ I am not going to give up, even if I don't see a change.

I need this, I want to be around a lot longer than 30 years.
