I hurt so bad today! My arthritis in my hip is really acting up lately because of the rainy weather. I love fall so much, but it's killing me already.

Anyone else have arthritis? I'm only 28, but I have psoriatic arthritis because of all of my immune system issues.

I ate some pizza today also and I'm pretty much positive that the calorie estimate I found is not accurate. I hate that. I'm such a stickler for making it exact. I even record sugar free gum. Katie says I'm crazy, but I just like the complete picture. Yeah, I'm probably crazy. emoticon

I have arthritis but fortunately not rheumatoid. I still have lots of pain especially with the degenerative disk disease of the spine. Staying flexible and strong are critical. In the Des Moines area look into Firehouse Yoga & Wellness on University. Their website is They offer all kinds of gentle yoga and wellness services. Best of luck to you!

    Aww.. You're too sweet Katie.

HITTNMYGOALS, I wonder if that would work for me, because my immune system is not week, it is overactive and it attacks my healthy tissue. Because of it I have psoriasis, arthritis, allergies, COPD, RLS, nasal polyps, and other issues.

There is a few things you can do to help your arthritis- there is Sam E which is a natural pill that you can get anywhere. It will help the joints and pain. You can also eat gelatin which is crushed up cartilage amd that will help to. Lastly there is MonaVie drink. My mom has really bad arthritis and she took MonaVie which made a HUGE difference. I don't know much more than that, but there is a ton of stuff on the internet.

I have a friend who has immune problems: she has acupuncture done and has had to go straight to the basics on food- making her own broth, getting local honey... She buys our meat and bones because of they are 1) grass fed and 2) they have the antibodies that is needed for her immune system to get stronger. She also buys free range chickens so she can make her own broth (use it or freeze it) with the bones and not be so sick for the same reasons as the beef. She is trying to convince me to milk my cattle so she can try the milk. She misses the milk but can't have it due to her immune system problems. She also is getting locally raised honey to help her out with it being very "organic" in her food.
Since she has done this, she has been feeling a lot better and healthier.

I am sorry you are in so much pain and so young. Hopefully this info will help you.
