Beginning of the Week.

I do see how it may be odd that my weight enteries were the first thing I wrote, well, I just didn't want to forget it!
I had a great weekend. I do find it harder to count my calories on the weekend as I am at home with my family. I still seem to be losing! YES! My youngest son walked a mile with me and we did it faster then normal and he was so happy! My whole family is supporting me in my weight loss journey! My mom sent me a great email telling me she's here for me. I am going to actually lose this time.
I have tried so many times before. The Dr Atkins diet...grrr. I lost 60 pounds on it then gained 75 back! The last time I tried it, I about passed out at work. It's not for me.
Exercise over the weekend and so far this week: I'm walking a mile a day. Takes about 20/21 minutes. I try and get some crunches in and I am always doing streches when I am just standing around, may look funny, LOL!
Stress: I am learning to handle stress better. So far so good. I can do it!
