Rough week for me last week. I went on a food binge one night and when I added the food into SparkPeople found out that it wasnít even over 1500 calories. Guess part of my problem is not eating enough throughout the day and then loading up right before I go to bed. Iím a little OCD when I start working and just forget to eat until I have to stop and then realize how hungry I am. Iím really mean the OCD part. I can easily stay up for 24 hours if Iím working on something and not even be tired. Do you know of anyone who has the problem and how do they get past itÖ..
