Baby steps . . .

OK, here we go. I can't seem to get this nutrition/fitness act together all at once, so I've decided to start smaller. I don't go to the gym because "I'm tired". I have to assume that I'm tired because I weigh an extra 30 pounds and my diet sucks and I don't really drink any water (just Diet Coke). Of course I'm tired! My goal for the next few days is to work on diet and hydration.
1. Eat small frequent somewhat healthy meals (I'm not even going for optimal nutrition here, just a small meal or snack every 3 hrs or so. Should have some protein and complex carbs-sugary snacks won't count)
2. Drink some water-lets start with 6-8 cups/day. Getting enough water has always been a battle for me-dunno why! I've already had 1 cup today :)
Seems simple, lets see if I can do it!
