Thank You!

Sunday, September 19, 2010

I just wanted to say thank you for all the support. I have been apart of SP for less than a month and it has really been a good experience for me. I am learning a lot from people on my teams, from blogs, etc and I appreciate you all so very much.

I want you to know that I have started holding myself accountable for my actions. I track my daily food intake. I am drinking a lot more water. I am still trying to get to 8 glasses a water a day but I know I will get there soon. I have increased my workouts and eating better is still a challenge but I know that will get better as well. Just today I purchased healthy food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the week. I have not done that in over a year. So again I say thank you. emoticon

It has been very difficult for me to lose weight alone but with the support of Spark People I feel like I am finally on the right path to reaching my weight loss goals.

I hope you all have a GREAT week

My first blog... emoticon

Great way to start off! You can do this and with the support and motivation from others, this is not impossible. Hard? Yes, it can be, but not impossible. This can be fun if you want it to be.

You can a great outlook and personality that will make things much easier for you than you thing. The most important thing is that you are trying.

Everyone will fall and make mistakes, but that is a learned lesson in life. We just have to pick up ourselves and carry on.

Your buddy,

Jessica

GREAT! It's a journey -- a lifestyle change IF when you look at it right. So take your time and work your way into the changes you know you can live with at the rate you can sustain! It's not always easy and I've found that sometimes I have to cut things out entirely until I get a grip on eating small portions of them. This challenges my commitment in ways that I never challenged myself before. YOU CAN MAKE IT!
