I love/hate my new SP pedometer! My husband had to show me how to use it, how embarrassing is that. And then I kept resetting it back to zero, now that was frustrating, but even with all the lost counted steps I did 858 steps on saturday and many of those were up and down a step ladder, a little one, to rearrange my kitchen cabinets.
So those muscles were a little angry with me Sunday morning until I remembered to stretch them out before I even left the bedroom. What a difference!, I love all these things I'm learning on SP.com. I mean I knew somewhere deep in my dark cavernous brain that stretching was good for me but now whenever I even think about going online I remember beforehand all the things I want to accomplish before I even log in to SP. Like being in school and wanting all that homework done and perfect before getting to class!
Well, okay, not perfect but Sundays steps are up to 1048 and I've been sitting down for the last hour. So now its time to pick up the days mess and tuck everyone in and go do my end of day stretches so that tomorrow I can reach 1500???!!!! Thank you all of you that share your trials and triumphs because it is inspiring and gives me hope!
