Time to get back on track

Well. I got lax. My early success went to my head. Old habits crept back and so did my weight. emoticon It's time to get back on track. My knee is much better, so I can get back to exercising regularly. Also time to get back to logging every bite I take. That's what works for me.

    Sarah, I honestly thinks this happens to all of us to some extent. You are not alone but you can pull up your "big girl panties" and get back on track...get moving forward again!! Life is too short not to make the most of it. Live out loud -- every day! Don't lose sleep over things you can't change! The past is over and done with...leave it behind you. WE are moving forward!!!     We all have setbacks, that's OK. You got back and are moving forward again! Just don't give up on yourself!

    You can do it! Found myself in the very same situation and started Spark two weeks ago. Logging every morsel of food helps!! emoticon
