Woo Hoo!!!

This was a very good week for me. I lost 3 more pounds. I thought I would have a small weight lost since I ate some pizza yesterday. I am sooooo happy. emoticon

    I have found I can eat anything as long as I stay in my calorie range. Learning about serving sizes and knowing I can always have at least a bite or two of something keeps me from feeling deprived. I sometimes make pizza with a cauliflower crust. I noticed you were on a low-carb team. You can find it in Sparkrecipes.

I also sometimes make a low-carb pizza using eggs.
Put the toppings, sauce, and cheese in the bottom of a in a 8x8 pan (sprayed with Pam) and then beat some eggs well and pour over and bake. My husband loves this.

    YEAH!!! All the good choices are showing up on the scale. And Pizza isn't bad as an occassional treat!!!!

    Good for you. Yes when one eats something like pizza we are always suprised when we lost. But theres times we eat really good all the right foods and dont lose an ounce. Hope you continue to have awesome success
