Excellent talapia, great wild rice, delicious summer squash and carrots. All things I could fit into the day's allowance.
About halfway through the large portions, I got the message, I could stop. I had eaten enough. It was a good feeling.
I stopped, and was able to take home the rest of that good food, to eat later tomorrow, or later.
