I really need to plan for exercise over the weekend. At work, I have a half mile in and out from the parking lot, plus I can get a couple laps around the building during the day. The weekend is harder. The kids want my attention, I have an enormous pile of sewing to get done before October, and I just want to be lazy.
Tonight I plan for the weekend! Exercise will happend. AND I will plan for the food for the week.
