I'm so happy it's Friday but I'm on call for work this weekend. I really hope I don't get a lot of call offs. At least it's not a payday weekend.
Stress: My stress this week has been up there. I am a group home manager. My site should have six staff memebers to be fully staffed. As of this week I only have two staff members and they are my third shifters. One is 8 months pregant and the other will need to get surgery on her shoulder soon. I have been making lots and lots of calls to get my shifts covered. If I don't get them covered then I have to work them myself. So, that's been getting to me. I am also behind on two student loans and there's no way I can get them caught up. The holidays are quickly approaching. My youngest son's birthday is 10/30, then halloween, my oldest son's birthday 11/18, Thanksgiving, mine and my fiance's 10 year anniversary 11/26, and then lastly Christmas. Am I going to survive? Better yet, will my wallet survive?
Exercise: I have decided to sign up for the 10 minute challenge. I figure I can do that much. It's a babystep and that's what I need right now. I have tried walking a mile every night but sometimes time gets away from me. I can find 10 minutes!
I made a yummy meatloaf last night, it was great and yes I only ate one serving, though I wanted more. Eating healthier has become a little easier for me. I still feel like it's work counting calories and measuring or weighing serving sizes but it's working so I will continue!

I looked back at my food journal and 6/29/10 I weighed 348.9
