The food that I eat has been so good of late and all the correct things as well.
I know that some folks may think it repetitive but, when you enjoy it so much and knowing how good it is for you, it makes for nicer eating.
Everyday Smoked Mackerel for breakfast followed my Water Melon and 2 or 3 other fruits for lunch and then for dinner Stir fry with Turkey breast, or Jacket Potato and Cottage cheese etc.etc. and supper is usually a Yogurt.
I love it all!
That all said now, I'm off to walk the boys and then some garden work, so will be ready for some food after that!
