second week progress report on Sept goals :)

I realized I forgot to blog my goal progress.....

1. blog daily :)

2. 8 glsses of h20 :)

3. track cal/stay in limits :) except for a couple under days

4. 50 spark points :) at least50 +

5. 100 spark mins. almost every day :)

6. make 10 friends on spark..way more :)

7. eat more fruits and veggies/ an apple a day :)

8. drink tea :( only a couple days

9. vitamins daily :)

10. lose 10 pounds :( seem to be stuck but will keep on going, of course!!!!!

Well I'm bloging early today...hubby's gone riding in the pasture so I'm trying to catch up on some jobs..quadded one herd and put out minerals, picked my onions, started some house work..have a roast in the oven's cool and damp again :(

I have a sign painting project that I need to get to today so it's dry tomorrow.

Will try some more intense cardio to jiggle the weight loss in the right direction..wish me luck
