W5 D3!!!!!!!

OMG YAY!!!!
So this morning when the bf woke up to go to school I decided to get up as well and hit the gym. On the way there I was contemplating running W5D3, I was super nervous about whether or not I could actually complete this run! It was a 5 minute warmup and then a 20 minute solid run.
Once I got to the gym I saw that most of the treadmills were empty so I decided, oh hey what the heck! Lets do it! So I jumped on, did my 5 minute warm up then started jogging. I jogged 8 minutes and considered stopping, then I was like, NO I CAN GO LONGER!!! So I just kept telling myself 2 more minutes or 3 more minutes and finally I did it! Yes it was slow, but OMG I DID IT!!!
I am so happy! Haha I was grinning like a fool!
Now I am sitting here thinking about how awesome I feel after that run!
Damn it feels good! I cant believe that a couple weeks ago I was struggling to hit the 2 minute mark in a jog and now I just jogged for 20 straight minutes!!YAY!!!
Lol! Now I just drank my protein shake and I am going to do some studying before class.
Today is going to be a good day!!! I am going to eat well and stay in my calorie range!
