After my big brave blog the other day, and reading a little more of my p90x book, and reading more of my team's posts, and my neck bothering me the last couple days, I'm thinking of following one of my buddy's leads and doing Jillian's 30 day shred to start instead of p90x, then starting p90x in January.
I am committed to starting on October 1st (2 weeks). And so it is written!!! I just put a countdown on my iGoogle homepage, and I will add it to my list of "Other Goals". I will purchase the program today.
I'm not convinced the whimp isn't back, but I'd like to think I'm listening to my body and my gut. I didn't get out of shape overnight, I'm not going to go from out of shape to great shape overnight. I want my changes to stick, so I'm going to take it slow.
