I have hardly been tracking anything and the summer was busy and active but my efforts to record and track my progress went by the wayside.
Well, this has to change!
I have improved my eating habits and shopping - so I am not eating sweets (cookies) .
I have walked throughout the summer but am anxious to get into my exercise routine with weight training again.
The positive note is that I did attend dance class nearly every week and that burns calories!
I hope I can remember how to navigate around the Sparkpages again.
