CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK

This will start Wednesday and run until Tuesday night

S. Say hello to 1 Orange Blossom on their Sparkpage every day..5 pts for each day.. (.35pts max)

P. Pick a new exercise from Spark..can be anything...do it once a day..(try something to challenge yourself)5 pts for each day.. (35 pts max)

A. Add something to your Sparkpage..a new goal..a new pic..a new friend..a new goodie to yourself.. 5 pts. For each thing added (25 pts max.)

R. Read a blog and leave a comment..5 pts each day.( 35 pts max.)

K. Keep hydrated..5 pts for every glass of water...max here is 50 pts a day.(you CAN drink too much water) (350 pts max)

Bonus of 10 pts for every day you stay within your calorie range!! (70 pts max)

Total points for the week is 550
