Dear Blog,

Today I was at work and a co-worker passed by my desk carrying a large bag from Hardees's....... ahhhhhhhhhhh the smell of fast food...... I almost forgot what it was like...... I got up and walked in the direction of the smell and there it sat .... all alone.......... he had left to go get something before he started to eat.... I walked closer........ the smell lingered ........... calling to me ( I had already ate my lunch too sooooooo I wasn't HUNGRY!)........... and then I saw IT!!!! GREASE!!!!!!!!!!!! it had soaked clear thru the side and bottom of the bag...... it was totally saturated in GREASE!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!! I WAS HORRIFIED!!!!!! I backed away from it like a rattlesnake ready to strike me............

He came back and I said did you see that bag? it's soaked clear through with grease! He said yeah I saw that but I'm hungry.......... I walked away ..... so glad I wasn't THAT hungry but I clearly remember that 9 months ago I would have ate that plus more out of a grease soaked paper bag..........

For lunch today I had a grilled chicken breast, grilled potato and succotash, with water ...... we had a catered lunch today and an hour for lunch ....... it was also my 35th year anniversary at the office.

I wore a new sweater to work today and almost every person commented on how wonderful I looked today!
