Thank You!
So I am not feeling too good but I am pressing onward. I actually didn't do my workout last night Cathe's Legs & Glutes but did it this morning. Tonight I wanna do Muscle Endurance but I will have to see how my body reacts. I could really go for some chicken & veggie soup. One can could feed me for 4 days. I know I am sick & I am still thinking fugal. lol
It would warm my cold body up that's for sure. I feel achy but that could my workout from yesterday Upper Body. I am getting up & walking around to warm myself & I am doing my butt kicks for my daily Quick Fire Challenge.
I'm gonna need to be doctored on when I get home first & foremost & get some rest & plenty of liquids.
Oh it is Hump Wednesday, don't forget to BUST A MOVE!!!
