Not Feeling . . .

well. . . . . . .

So I am not feeling too good but I am pressing onward. I actually didn't do my workout last night Cathe's Legs & Glutes but did it this morning. Tonight I wanna do Muscle Endurance but I will have to see how my body reacts. I could really go for some chicken & veggie soup. One can could feed me for 4 days. I know I am sick & I am still thinking fugal. lol

It would warm my cold body up that's for sure. I feel achy but that could my workout from yesterday Upper Body. I am getting up & walking around to warm myself & I am doing my butt kicks for my daily Quick Fire Challenge.

I'm gonna need to be doctored on when I get home first & foremost & get some rest & plenty of liquids.
Oh it is Hump Wednesday, don't forget to BUST A MOVE!!!

    ... I am getting over a cold myself... I hope you feel better soon Dee.. emoticon ... drinks a lot of green tea and get plenty of rest, that's what I intend to do... exercise will have to wait !

    Oh Gurl load up some chicken soap, water and green tea, I always take zinc and vitamin c. maybe rest and no exercise. Take care. Seems like the enemy always get busy when he knows we mean business then here he comes. emoticon Be well my mightly warrior. God bless.

    why not make your own soup. I am sure there are some great recipes on the spark recipes site. Just search chicken noodle soup. =)
