This is awesome! I lost TWO pounds this past week! I've been making sure to eat all my calories, drink my water, 2 to 3 days of exercise, and I keep my goal of one pound per week in mind. This past week I had a few drinks, but everything in moderation. If you look at my nutrition, I'm still eating with my family at Chick fil A, Wendy's, Hamburgers, etc. However I'm substituting the fries for a fruit cup, drinking diet drinks, and so on and so forth. I find myself looking and reading lables to see how much cholesterol (that's one of the things i'm watching), how many calories, how many carbs a food has. I'm really excited bout being on track with my goal (210lb by the end of Sept). Three pounds left and I have 2 weeks. I've been thinking about adding running or P90X to my regimine. It seems the more I lose the more motivated I get. Can't wait to see the results when I add either running or P90X.
