FORTY FOUR DAYS until we leave for Aruba. One day on track and down from 274.6 to 270.4. Had to be the sodium that puffed me up.
I TRIED to eat cottage cheese. At 90 calories for a half cup and 14 gram of protein I figured it would be a good way to get in some extra protein (I am going vegetarian for 30 days…probably more) I just can’t do it. I added a little Splenda and vanilla thinking maybe it would taste kinda like cheesecake, but no. I can eat it COOKED in lasagna maybe…but it just grosses me out…too much like when the kids were babies and spitting up all the time. Oh. Sorry for THAT visual. Why can’t I be grossed out by chocolate?
Stayed within my calorie range, drank more than 6 glasses of water, ate at least 5 servings of fruits & veggies, did 20 crunches (hey, it’s a start!)
All in all a good day.
