I need help making food plans for the week

Does anyone know of an easy way to make a weekly food plan? Right now I just log in what I eat as I go through the day, and of course, by the end of the day I have eaten more than I should or not eaten the correct portions of carbs/proteins/fats.
It just takes so much time to sit at the computer and log everything into the food tracker, especially if I were to try to do it for a whole week.
