My husband and I recently found out we are expecting. We are super excited! I still want to stay on track with my fit lifestyle. Eating healthy so far has been easy. I feel myself leaning even more towards fruits, vegetables, and other healthy snacks since we found out. I haven't been working out though. I'm honestly not sure what I can do without putting stress on the baby. Any advice? I searched for a good prenatal exercise dvd but was not impressed with anything I found.
