Well the weekend went pretty much as planned, or at least how I figured it would turn out. I'm not mad about it, and I'm not extremely ecstatic about it either. It was ok...and I'm glad.
Last night I hit a low. I won't go into detail, but it prompted me to take pictures of myself in undies. It was HORRIBLE. The only good that came out of it was that before it I didn't want to run, and after it and the pictures you can bet your life my butt was out running. LOL! I will hold on to these pictures (that would make you puke), and I hope one day soon you can see a big difference and I won't be so embarrassed to post them.
I'm THIS close to goal...30lbs away. COME ON! Can't I do this?! It's frustrating me that for the past 6 months (my husband left 6 months ago) I have been losing and gaining the same 8lbs. Seriously! I looked at my weigh ins...SAME 8lbs!!! I guess I'm just lucky it's only 8lbs, and not 20! So I'll smile at that. But I'm ready to actually do this. And honestly, I'd like to do it BEFORE the end of the year!
