I've been gone from this site for awhile. Life got busy, went through surgery, raising a teen, husband got laid off etc. I've been off track with my eating for awhile and need & want to loose this weight and be healthy. One thing is, this site can be overwhelming at times because there is so much to it. I need to get back to the basics and have simplicity. I've made up my low-carb eating plan and put it on my frig. I'm getting more exercise because we recently got a dog and I'm walking the dog daily. I don't think I'll use the food tracker because i"m already keeping track of my eating plan and don't really have hate extra time it take to put everything into the food tracker area so I'm just going to check in at least once a week to blog, chat with friends and read some articles. I need to keep everything simple. My life is complicated enough without adding a huge, complicated diet and tracking system. So, here I am again.
