Same food but more hunger?

So, I ate basically the exact same items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks on Sunday and Monday. Sunday I felt amazingly satisfied. Last night, I was ravenous beyond belief AFTER eating dinner. What gives? Have you guys experienced this too? Is it really physical or is it a psychological issue?

    I learned to do the exact same thing. When I just feel really hungry, I have more protein and lots of water. I've learned that all days are not created equal due to calories burned and I can't simply treat them all the same. So I've learned to give my body fuel when it requests it and trust that it won't mean I'm not "following the program" - especially because I like to eat at the LOW end of my calorie range.

    I experience the same thing also on a weekly basis. I exercise and about two days into the week usually on wednesday my body tells me that i have not consumed enough. What i do in up my protein, lean protein and water to assist me with my cravings. Your body is use to a certain weight and it wants to keep it there so when that is threatened it says "whoa hold on there give me more food".
