It's a brand new week. I'm feeling pumped about it. The drama from my previous few weeks seems to be ending. I just want to start my week on a positive note. Getting back to the basics, recording my food intake, drinking my 8 glasses minimum. If I don't start going to the gym again by the end of the week at least recording my food each day and drinking my 8 glasses will put me in a better head space. Which I definitely need!
