My favorite team is Port Angeles and Surrounding Areas, because that is right where I live. We have had a whole lot of laughter, tears and support for one another. Great friendships were made.
Then we started to drift off. Fewer and fewer were posting on the site, and I pretty much withdrew from the team spirit, too.
I didn't give up on getting in workouts, but not as frequently as I was used to. I did other stuff as workouts.........heavy cleaning, some walking, hiking, dancing, etc. But almost none of the stuff on Spark.
I was missing the challenges that we used to have, and it seemed like our team was disintegrating before my eyes.
Amy and I were keeping in good touch, and once in a while we would hear from Darcey and Cat. But for the most part, our fellow teammates were becoming more and more silent.
Not good. Not good at all.
So Amy and I were talking about this, and she came up with a terrific idea for a new team challenge.
CONTACT A MINIMUM OF THREE DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBERS EACH DAY BY EITHER EMAILING THEM, POSTING A MESSAGE TO THEM, OR SENDING A GOODIE TO THEM.
We are going to see if we can contact every member of our team during the month of September.
When you make a contact, just post a smiley face for each one you made on a daily basis. Example, Amy and I each contacted six members, so we posted 6 happy faces on the chat challenge place.
This is too important for us, Team!! We cannot lose the encouragement we get from each other!! We all know what trying this alone can lead to............inertia!!
So get busy, and send a goodie to a few of your wonderful team mates! Let everyone on the team know that we love them.

Just doing the contacting and setting up a new challenge led me to do the "Fit, Firm & Fired Up" 10 minute workout with Nicole.
It feels GOOD to be part of a wonderful team again!
