I'm back! AGAIN!!!!! I really didn't go anywhere, I just had a few days (ok, weeks) of no blogs. I have been getting most of my water in and some of my exercise. I just have to figure out how to get the exercise in on the days that I have to work at nine in the morning and work til five or five thirty. I know I could do it before but that would mean getting up at five instead of six. I could do it after but I just want to come home and put my feet up and not think about exercise!!! I will figure it out though cause I don't want the scale to move up instead of down. I am hovering right and I need to give myself a kick in the pants to get back on track completely! This is the first step cause if I write it down I have to hold myself to it!
Weightloss related goals:
1. Drink at least 10 glasses of water
2. Track food - stay under 1300 calories
3. Exercise at least 1/2 hour
1. To-Do list
2. Cut out the Booties for work
That's it for today. Let's see if I can make it back tomorrow and report how I did as well make a new list!!!!!!!!!!!
