Quick Catch-up

I had a very busy weekend. I'll have to catch up blogging tomorrow. I ate more calories today than I have in probably two months, but I logged every bite. It was all very healthy, and still very reasonable.

Joined a P90x team this weeked. I committed to doing some prep work over the next 2-3 weeks before I start the program to set myself up for success. Now that I've peeled 40 of my 50 lbs off with a focus on primarily diet and only moderate exercise, I'm going to turn the tables a bit. Now I intend to focus on body-building nutrition while I engage in one of the toughest "bootcamps" available on dvd, and trim the last 10 pounds off and finish carving my gift of a new body for myself by the end of the new year.

So that's what's next for me.

Can't wait to write about my sister's wedding in the morning. I swear its like a scene right out of My Big Fat Greek Wedding. That's my family, only we're Italian not Greek.

I can't wait to see how P90X works for you - I'm on Day 9, Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred and I'm feeling stronger everyday!!

    If you finish the full 90 days of P90X, you'll see some amazing results. Can't think of a better way to knock off those final ten pounds. Good luck!
