I love popsicles...always have...and now, I've realized that I can use this to my advantage! When I get the urge for something sweet or if I just get that urge where I want to be eating...I eat a popsicle and it usually satisfies my urge! As my father says, they are just flavored water...and while they are more than that...they are a very low calorie snack...from 10 to 60 calories, depending on the type. I make sure that I track these as well when I do my nutrition tracker, but I have realized that they are a great help to keep me from wanting to snack on bad things. Additionally, I do snack on grapes and other fruits/veggies, but my #1 right now is the popsicle!!
