Back on track

I had a bad few days...didn't exercise, drink all my water, had soda, didn't log anything practically...bleh.

However, I am back on track today. I walked 2.84 miles today, am drinking my water and eating okay. I feel so much better!

Yes, it is okay to falter IF you get back on track again when you stumble!

  i know the feeling all too well.but you did'nt the right thing.by getting back on track.we all get off sometime.but getting back on is what important when you're doing good and long as you have family and friends you'll going too keep up the good work. emoticon emoticon
