M&M's as a main course

Saturday, September 11, 2010

I know, I know, its horrible! But its that time of month and all I want is chocolate. I try to savor each one, hoping that I will eat less but I don't think that's working. emoticon

I think this craving is almost over but next month I think I should have a plan of action. Like blogging before I have consumed 600 calories in chocolate within 3 days. Or maybe quote scripture as a defence. Lastly, not buy them to begin with, or maybe that should be first....I blame my hubby for that one. emoticon

Well tomorrows a new day and I'm looking forward to doing better than I did today....which wasn't that bad. Ok maybe it was that bad, but its hard to feel guilty when I feel so good, so motivated. Its like the song says "I can see clearly now, the rain is gone". I will still reach my goals, and so what, I had some chocolate along the way. emoticon

Be blessed everybody, I love you guys, Woo! emoticon (I think I have a sugar high).

I have found myself quoting scripture while on the bus traveling in between bathrooms. Before I know it I am coming up to my destination and immediately head to the rest room to confirm i really didnt have to worry. Gods in control.

And my weakness is SAlt from McD fries. But a little isnt bad is it as long as we incorperate it into our plan, and its not all the time.

3 days??? It takes you that Long to go through them? If I stretch, it might take me 3 hours.

Yep, hubby's to blame.

I did not know that about magnesium. I'll look into it - thank you!

My nutritionist told me that at the time of month, you lose magnesium and chocolate has magnesium in it. You can buy magnesium tablets and take two 250 mg tablets, one in the morning and one in the evening around your period. You can enjoy your chocolate but may feel satisfied with less! emoticon
