Starting Level 2

emoticon I can say that I have shredded every day so far this month. I started Level 2 today and it was hard. But I did it, and I only took one or two 5 second breaks. The walking pushups were killer on my elbow (with tendonitis) but actually it might even feel a little better right now, whatever that means! I also took measurements today. I lost a total of 3 inches during level 1!! That includes 1 inch off my waist and 1/2 inch off my hips. The other 1.5 inches were a little here and there.

As far as my other goals go.... I have been about 50% getting to bed on time. I need to do better than that. I know my body needs the sleep to function right. So I will keep working on that. I am being accountable for what goes in my mouth. It has been more bad than good, but I am tracking it, no matter what. This next 10 days I am going to try to make it more good than bad. And I have checked in to SP every day. I know that helps! One more goal I am going to add is to limit my computer time. Sometimes during the day I get bored or frustrated with all I have to do and I can lose a good amount of time sitting here. So I am going to think about other things that can be done and do those instead.
