Getting Back "On Track"

So, yeah, second blog entry today, because I wanted to record that, yes, I DID get exercise today!
I walked to the grocery store, as I intended to, and got more than just the water. I also got some seltzer water & Diet Rite (because soda is my worst weakness, and I can at least feel less guilty with a half & half mixture of seltzer water & Diet Rite -- no calories & no sodium), and some salad with kefir-base bleu cheese dressing. The creamy dressings are my thing, but these kefir-base ones are my new favorite -- half the fat & calories of the normal creamy dressing, but they taste exactly the same.
So, in the backpack I dragged with me, I took home the seltzer water, Diet Rite, salad mix & dressing, with the 2 gallons of water in each hand. I used to be able to do this, no sweat. I realized just how out of shape I've gotten. This little walk had me sweating like mad -- sooo not good.
On the up-side, I got 4 servings of water along the way because I brought water bottles with me.
Thanks to everyone who left comments on my last blog entry, it was extra motivation to actually get out the door and make that walk.
I DID IT! I just need to KEEP doing it, every day. lol
