Yes, kicking myself... that's what I'm doing. I haven't been tracking my food, I haven't been drinking enough water, and I haven't been getting any exercise. I'm up 20 pounds & two pants sizes & I'm totally irritated at myself for letting this happen. I knew I was gaining weight & was afraid to get on the scale to see just how much, but when I finally did I knew I had to get back on track. 199 lbs... I do not want to hit the 200 mark ever again, so now is the time for me to get back on track.
I could use some supportive words from my lovely spark friends. To be honest, the lack of exercise has made me lethargic & depressed, which is just a recipe for continuing to put off the exercise even more. My plan for today is to walk to the grocery store, buy two gallons of distilled water & walk home with them in my hands. Hopefully the necessity of the errand & the added benefit of saving gas will get my butt in gear to do it. lol
