I think my biggest problem right now is that I haven't sat down in a long time and spelled out my goals and my plan for achieving them. I have a lot of vague goals in my mind but without having them in writing where I can see them and be reminded of them they sort of get lost along the way. What I really want to work on first is exercise consistency. For me exercise is the key to success and so I need to focus on making it a regular part of my life and not just a hit and miss activity.
With that in mind my goal for the next 2 weeks is to exercise at least 30 minutes 6 days per week. I have the gym schedule and I will pick some classes to attend and fill in with ST and cardio at the gym and walking or biking at home.

I love this quote because it is so true. We can work hard everyday and not really notice any differences, but if you look back over time then you see that so much has changed!! So I just need to keep working hard and not give up because changes are being made whether I notice them or not.
