A couple of weeks ago I picked up a 2 cheep t-shirts from a big box store. These shirts are a smaller size then what I have been wearing and they are the kind of shirt that is form fitting. I normally do not wear clothes that fit close, because in my mind I can hide all the lumps and stuff. Well I decided to give one a try yesterday, and it does fit and if I say so myself it does not look that bad. But I can feel it tight to my skin all day. The funny thing it is kind of made me feel powerful. Like every time I look in the mirror in this shirt I can really see all the progress I am making. I worked out in the other one this morning, and I even felt stronger during my workout. Who would have thought so much mood power could dome from a cheep t-shirt.
