So Happy Friday Sparkfam! Its a beautiful 75degrees here in Chicago & its a wonderful day to get out & walk. I didn't have a chance so I popped in Leslie Sansone Walk DVD. Wasn't as picturesque but it was a heart smart decision to make. I also did Cathe Supersets this morning & I feel good! Today I had a twinkie with carnation strawberry breakfast drink after my workout. At work I coffee (w/cream & sugar), a slice of toast w/butter & jelly for breakfast. The biggest change is for lunch I had a HUGE baked potato with butter, red pepper flakes, black pepper & a dash of salt:
It was so delicious & I guess a little selfish because I should've bought two. My co-worker just kept coming by & smelling my fresh baked potatoes. I tried to not use butter but I could not. Does anyone have any substitution advice? With that I had green tea. I had to put TWO sugar packets in cause it is so gross! But you know what, I craved it over the weekend. So the small changes are equalling good feelings! Even my husband commented that my calves are getting muscular. I was like I hate to do squats, push ups & calf lifts but I do love to walk/jog in place while cooking food & while watching tv. So my waist is getting smaller & my body is toning up but I am working on getting the numbers down. I haven't eaten any meat today! ?
What small changes are you making it could be daily, weekly or long term?
